Shipping & Returns

UK Delivery

The majority of ANNIE KÈKI jewellery is commissioned or purchased in person, and collection from my studio at Woodend Mill is always welcomed.

Where jewellery needs to be delivered, it will be carefully packaged and sent using an appropriately tracked and, where necessary, insured delivery service suitable for the value and nature of the piece.

Delivery costs will be confirmed when you place your order or commission.

International Delivery

International delivery may be available by prior arrangement.

Please contact me before placing an order requiring delivery outside the United Kingdom, as customs, insurance, postal and other restrictions mean that I may not be able to send jewellery to every country.

Unless otherwise agreed, any import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

I hope you will be completely happy with your jewellery. If there is a problem with a piece or you would like to discuss a return, please contact me as soon as possible.

For Standard Collection Jewellery purchased online or by another distance-selling method, you will normally have the right to change your mind and cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the jewellery, unless a legal exception applies.

Once you have notified me that you wish to cancel, the jewellery must normally be returned within 14 days. Unless the item is faulty or otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for the cost of returning it.

Please package returned jewellery carefully and use a delivery service appropriate to its value.

Bespoke & Personalised Jewellery

Jewellery that has been made specifically for you, made to your individual specification or clearly personalised cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

This includes bespoke commissions, engraving and significant alterations or personalisation to an existing design.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the jewellery is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings may be supplied in sealed packaging where appropriate. Where the relevant legal exemption applies, earrings cannot be returned because you have changed your mind once that seal has been broken.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the jewellery is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Jewellery

If you believe there is a fault with your jewellery, please contact me as soon as reasonably possible so that I can discuss the problem with you and, where appropriate, examine the piece.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this Shipping & Returns policy.
