The Material World

I know a collection is not too far away when I start to buy materials, today I have bought some beautiful Italian pure mohair yarn to create hand knitted wraps for AW 2015, some beautful leather to test a bag pattern… I am going to make a sample which I will be wearing to Italy next month when I visit for further research.  I need a stitching pony to get the sample made as it will be a hand stitched rather than a machine finished bag with a lovely little secret pocket to hold my passport which will be easy for me to get at while it is on my back…. sorry no images will be loaded until the collection is completed as now things are actually in the final design stage so the next items made will be under wraps until the launch.  But it is a wonderful time and things are really starting to come together.
