Design Inspirations

I have been working on the 2015 collections both the SS and FW discussing several aspects of the ideas regarding silhouette, palette etc.. with others.

The research undertaken by Josie while on her month-long trip to Japan is perfect and I have lots of lovely bits-and-pieces to feed my ideas.  Thank you Josie.

Had a lovely meeting with the yarn supplier for the children’s hand knits, looking forward to getting through some samples in about 2 weeks to start testing prior to sampling finished garments.

Everything is on track and target I am looking forward to getting into the studio next month and making the samples. Have a studio full of luxury fabrics however can not find any calico, a trip to the pound a yard shop is in order!

Also have designed a lovely tee shirt perfect for the winter so may just get them out this year, 2015 seems very far away when I am working on the designs and a tee-shirt will be a lovely easy thing to get out by October.
